About the hall

Located near Clarkefield Station, this reserve is both a sports field and hub for the Clarkefield community. Clarkefield is 40km North West from Melbourne is home to the Coach & Horses Hotel, Clarkefield CFA and Clarkefield Reserve. At the reserve, there is an oval, cricket nets, club change rooms and a pavilion for hire.

Insurance requirements To hire a hall all hirers must have $20 million Public Liability Insurance cover. A copy of the certificate of currency must be provided by the hirer. Booking officer can arrange Public Liability Insurance coverage for individuals or non-profit community organisations through Council for a fee subject to Council insurers’ approval.

5. Child safety standards
The Victorian Government Child Safe Standards applies to all employees and volunteers of Council and seeks compliance with the Child Safe Standards by contractors, council funded organisations and users of council facilities.
